We have something for everyone here at the Leisure Centre, or the L.C as its warmly known.  Inspired by local businessmen Mr. James Gray and Mr. Peter Rodger the Centre was opened in 1990 by the Right Honourable Lady Saltoun.  The L.C has been part of the Fraserburgh community for over 30 years.  

In the past 32 years the Leisure Centre has grew and grew, with the additions of, a large function hall, 8 Lane 10 Pin Bowling alley, kitchen extension and refit.  

We have a fully licensed restaurant which is known for its good hearty food.  This was recognised in 2015 with a Certificate of Excellence awarded to us from the customer review website TripAdvisor.

In addition to our award winning restaurant we also have an 8 Lane 10 Pin Bowling alley which is a great idea for a birthday parties or just a night out with friends.

   Or if it's a party you are looking for, our function hall is the ideal venue for your birthday parties, wedding dances, discos, band nights to name a few ideas.  We have also recently been hiring our Bowling Arena out as a concert venue with great success, hosting acts such as Big Country, Bay City Rollers, Red Hot Chilli Pipers and Hells Bells.

We are now the home of Fraserburgh Junior Arts Society. They made the move here in 2021, and we are delighted to be the venue for the Annual Summer Show and Pantomime, along with various events they host throughout the year.

If you are looking for something a little more laid back than a party, consider our Indoor Bowling arena, boasting 6 international rinks.  With many different levels of play, from beginner coaching classes to competitions at International level, all are welcome to play.  Recently we have also been working closely with the local schools to encourage sports development and team building skills throughout - which has been a strong success.

We have many other facilities available within the Centre and many ways in which we can adapt our rooms to suit you individual needs.  From full corporate day packages to a basic meeting room, we can work to suit your requirements

 At the Leisure Centre we also have a full size snooker tables and ten new pool tables for all our keen pub sport players. Now we are the host of the Leisure Centre Singles Pool League and also we have 3 Leisure Centre pool teams.
